China And Myanmar Join Hands in Vocational Education Cooperation
Special Training Program for the Mandalay Training Center Upgrade and Renovation Project in Myanmar Held at Yalong !
Recently, a group of 25 outstanding teacher trainees from Myanmar journeyed across mountains and seas to China, arriving at Yalong to begin a week-long skills enhancement program.
On June 16, 2025, the Special Training Program for the Mandalay Training Center Upgrade and Renovation Project in Myanmar was launched at Yalong. This training program will last for 6 days. It will focus on majors such as electronic technology, CNC technology, industrial automation control technology, etc. Through a combination of expert lectures, practical training and theoretical learning, it will not only provide a platform for Myanmar students to improve their skills, but also become a vivid practice to promote the integration of production and education in international vocational education. This training program is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Ministry of Commerce, and co-hosted by Yalong Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd.
On the first day of the training, at a concise and grand welcome ceremony, Yalong Group Vice President Lv Ziping warmly welcomed the Myanmar trainees and introduced the meticulous design of this training course. Yalong Group will do its best to provide technical support and training services, and hopes that through diversified training courses, everyone will have a better understanding of Yalong's practical training equipment and teacher training services, and understand China's vocational education and the integration of industry and education.
Subsequently, General Manager Chen Chuanzhou delivered a keynote lecture titled 《Yalong's Global Talent Cultivation Practices in Vocational Education-Industry Integration Perspective》for the Myanmar trainees. He briefly talked about the practice of building "golden majors" in vocational colleges from the perspective of the enterprise, shared practical cases of Yalong Group's participation in international integration of industry and education, and served the capacity cooperation and talent training of the countries along the "Belt and Road". He participated in international skills competitions, international teacher training, and jointly developed international curriculum resources. Serving vocational education overseas, as well as co-building Yalong Silk Road College and Luban Workshop with domestic and foreign colleges, and foreign aid vocational education projects, focused on professional training exchanges, overseas cooperation between schools and enterprises, and co-construction of overseas colleges, exported Chinese corporate technical standards and college curriculum and teaching materials standards, and served the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
At the same time, he mentioned that since 2010, Yalong Group has participated in the ASEAN Skills Competition, providing competition platforms and technical standards for various international skills competitions. The 14th ASEAN Skills Competition 2025 will be held from August 26 to 28. There will be six competitions that will provide competition platforms and technical standards provided by Yalong Group, namely: "Industrial Automation Competition", "CNC Maintenance Competition", "Internet of Things Competition", "Refrigeration and Air conditioning Competition", "Electronics Competition" and "Information Network Cabling Competition".

Practice + theory, unlock the secrets of technical skills
During the training, the Myanmar trainees were fully focused, took notes carefully, and asked questions from time to time to interact with the engineers and lecturers of Yalong Group. Despite certain language barriers, through translation and patient and detailed demonstrations by technical engineers, the trainees gradually mastered the essentials of operation and combined complex theoretical expertise with practical application scenarios. The trainees mentioned that the training content was very practical and they hoped to apply the knowledge and skills they learned to their teaching work. They also hoped that there would be more such learning opportunities in the future.
This training is not only the imparting of technical skills, but also a beneficial exploration of the integration of production and education in international vocational education. During the training, Yalong Group discussed with Myanmar trainees the possibility of in-depth cooperation in curriculum development, teacher exchange and other aspects in the future. Both parties expressed the hope that this training will serve as an opportunity to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, jointly cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled personnel, contribute to promoting regional economic development, and better serve Myanmar's talent training and vocational education development.

The Myanmar students visited the Yalong Group Intelligent Manufacturing Learning Experience Hall, the Embodied Robotics Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Yalong-FANUC Engineering School, the Yalong-KUKA Engineering School, and related intelligent manufacturing learning workshops. They learned about Yalong Group's standards, products, and services related to new technologies such as intelligent manufacturing, digital technology, virtual simulation, artificial intelligence, as well as its deep integration of talent training, teacher capacity building, teaching resource library construction, skills competitions, training and certification, and social services in professional groups around the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain.
