Teacher Quality Improvement Program Officially Launched in Yalong Group

             On June 26, 2025, the "Jiangxi Vocational College Teachers' Quality Improvement Plan-Electrical Automation Technology National Training Project" was officially launched at Yalong Group. 39 key teachers from 29 vocational colleges (vocational undergraduate, higher vocational and secondary vocational) in Jiangxi Province participated in this training program to explore new paths for the digital transformation of vocational education and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of vocational education in Jiangxi.

At the opening ceremony, Chen Chuanzhou, general manager of Yalong Group, mentioned in his speech that Yalong Group has long been committed to innovation and practice in the field of education and has actively promoted the development of vocational education. As the undertaking unit of this project, Yalong Group provides support and guarantee for this training and builds an innovative and cutting-edge learning platform for all students. This is an important measure for the company to fulfill its social responsibility and support education. At the same time, we hope that through this training, we can cultivate more excellent electrical automation technology teachers for vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province, improve teachers' professional quality, and promote the development of education and teaching in the field of electrical automation technology. Liu Mengjuan, the head of teaching management at the Yalong Group Training Institute, as the head teacher of this training project, announced the training discipline and eight regulations and requirements, emphasized the learning attitude and behavioral norms during the training, and ensured that the training work could proceed smoothly.

The training period lasts for 28 days from June 25 to July 22. Professional skills training is carried out through a combination of special reports, group discussions, demonstration teaching, practical operations, project tasks, etc. Through teaching practice ability training, the participating teachers are guided to master advanced teaching methods and vocational education concepts, improve their teaching abilities, and promote teaching reform and teaching research. Through project discussions, the team's wisdom is gathered to optimize technical details such as electrical system design and control logic.

Afterwards, all the trainees visited the Yalong Group Achievement Exhibition, Smart Manufacturing Learning Experience Hall, Smart Manufacturing Learning Workshop, and Embodied Smart Science and Technology Innovation Center. By understanding Yalong Group's standards, products, and services related to new technologies such as intelligent manufacturing, digital technology, virtual simulation, artificial intelligence, and communicating in the areas of talent training for professional groups, faculty capacity building, teaching resource library construction, skills competitions, training and certification, and social services, we can achieve a deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain, and create a comprehensive platform that integrates industry, academia, research, training, competition, and innovation.
