The 12th Yalong Intelligent Employee Skills Competition Kicked Off Its First Competition To Promote The Construction Of The Company's Skilled Talent Team

The first competition-'Circuit Board Welding'-kicked off the competition.

Employee representatives from the company's Technical Center and Manufacturing Center gathered at the competition venue to engage in an intense and highly competitive skills challenge. They competed head-to-head in individual on-site matches. Before the competition began, the referee thoroughly explained the rules, scoring criteria, and safety precautions to ensure all participants could perform at their best in a fair, just, and safe environment. This circuit board welding competition not only tested the contestants' speed but also emphasized quality-evaluating solder joint firmness, smoothness, consistency, and overall board cleanliness to comprehensively assess their professional skills.

After two hours of intense competition, the 'Circuit Board Welding' event concluded successfully. Based on the participants' overall performance, the judges awarded first, second, and third prizes, presenting the winners with honorary certificates and bonuses. The company actively fosters a culture that values technical skills and respects talent.
