Yalong Group And Cambodia's Ministry Of Labor And Vocational Training Officially Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement

In his speech, Heng Sour, Cambodia's Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, stated that this cooperation represents an important step in implementing the China-Cambodia Action Plan for Building a Community with a Shared Future. He acknowledged Yalong Group's extensive experience and high-quality vocational education solutions, as well as its significant contributions to Cambodia's vocational education development. Through this strategic cooperation agreement, Cambodia's Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and Yalong Group will strengthen their partnership. The collaboration will focus on key Cambodian industries including advanced manufacturing, modern agriculture, new energy, and modern services. Joint initiatives will cover technical fields such as: Artificial intelligence and intelligent robotics Cloud data centers and electrical automation Mechatronics and CNC technology New energy vehicles and renewable energy HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and refrigeration systems Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) and robotics Smart manufacturing and digital technologies Industrial Internet applications.

To address the training base construction needs of Cambodia's 39 polytechnics and national training institutions under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, the two parties will collaborate to:Accelerate the development of vocational and technical education and training in Cambodia;Jointly develop 26 occupational standards. Minister Heng Sour highlighted that, building on the achievements of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) cooperation between both parties, they will:

1,Strengthen existing friendly relations;

2,Deepen the "China-Cambodia Industry-Education Integration, Dual-Wheel Drive" model at:

·National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) – through the partnership with Yalong Group and Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College;

·National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) – via collaboration with Yalong Group and Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences;

3,Solidify these efforts under the framework of the China-Cambodia Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance.

Chen Jiquan, Chairman of Yalong Group, stated that the company has remained committed to supporting vocational education development in Cambodia. Currently, Yalong provides educational equipment, teaching resources, and training services to tens of thousands of institutions worldwide, helping over 10 million students enhance their technical skills annually.

■Promoting comprehensive, multi-level, and extensive international cooperation: Both parties shall establish partnerships in the fields of science, technology, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

■Both parties will jointly establish the 'China-Cambodia Industry-Education Integration and Dual-Engine Drive' cooperation model, serving the deep integration of industry and education for academic institutions and enterprises of both nations.
