Chen Jiquan, Chairman Of Yalong Group, Was Invited To Attend The International Forum Of Strategic Partners Kazakhstan - Academic Education Zone

The International Forum of Strategic Partners "Kazakhstan - Academic Education Zone" was held in Astana on October 31, 2025. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended and delivered an important speech. The forum was chaired by Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum brought together presidents of top universities worldwide, as well as representatives from international ranking and accreditation agencies and leading higher education institutions (including renowned universities). Chen Jiquan, Chairman of Yalong Group, Dr. Iurii, Chief Scientist of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Manufacturing, and Ye Yu, Manager of the Overseas Channel Business Department II, were invited by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the International Forum of Strategic Partners "Kazakhstan - Academic Education Zone".

At the forum, Kazakh President Tokayev emphasized that education and science are common fields transcending national borders and of special strategic significance, and the forum serves as a vivid example of this.

"This is a crucial conference, a unique platform for exchanging valuable perspectives and making predictions on global education and science development. Since yesterday, leaders and representatives from the world's top universities have gathered in Astana for in-depth discussions. Additionally, internationally renowned scholars and experts have discussed important issues here. Today, leaders from authoritative universities in the academic community have also shared their profound insights. I express my sincere gratitude to all of you," said President Tokayev.

During the visit, Chairman Chen Jiquan led a delegation on a visit to several key and renowned universities in Kazakhstan, including ALT University.

During the forum's exchange activities, Chen Jiquan, Chairman of Yalong Group, mentioned that in embarking on a new journey of "vocational education going global," Yalong has built platforms such as the "Belt and Road" Vocational Education Cooperation and Development Forum, participated in China's government vocational education foreign aid projects, assisted universities in establishing Sino-foreign cooperation projects such as "Luban Workshop" and "Silk Road Academy," and supported universities in recruiting international students, conducting overseas training, developing overseas professional teaching standards, and carrying out international scientific research cooperation.

We look forward to carrying out practical cooperation in education, teacher training, curriculum development, and talent cultivation between China and Kazakhstan in the future-providing strong professional and technical talent support for the high-quality joint advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative between the two countries, thereby injecting new impetus into their cooperation in the field of education.
